BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BNETWORK ACCOMMODATION – MIPIM 2027
bnetwork has partnered with some hotels and rental agencies that offer a wide selection of apartments, in
Cannes and its surrounding area at preferential rates and booking conditions.
1. Hotel minimum stay
A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required at hotels located in Cannes, from 15 to 17 March 2027.
For establishments located outside Cannes, a minimum stay of two (2) nights is required for the same
period.
Please note that each establishment may apply its own booking, stay, modification, and cancellation conditions. You are therefore advised to carefully review the specific conditions applicable to the
selected establishment before confirming your booking.
2. Modification and Cancellation Conditions
bnetwork must be informed, as soon as possible, of any request for modification or cancellation.
a. Individual bookings – fewer than 10 rooms
• For all cancellation made until January 13th 2027 inclusive : one (1) night per cancelled booking will
be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded, excluding administrative fees.
• For all cancellation made between January 14th and February 15th 2027 inclusive : two (2) nights' deposit per cancelled booking will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded, excluding administrative fees.
• For all cancellation made between February 16th and March 02nd 2027 inclusive : three (3) nights' deposit per cancelled booking will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded, excluding administrative fees.
• From March 03rd 2027 inclusive, the full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation or shortened stay.
b. Group bookings – 10 rooms or more
• For all cancellation made until January 13th 2027 inclusive : one (1) night per cancelled booking will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded, excluding administrative fees.
• For all cancellation made between January 14th and February 15th 2027 inclusive : two (2) nights' deposit per cancelled booking will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded, excluding administrative fees.
• From February 16th 2027 inclusive, the full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation or shortened stay.
For any cancellation resulting in the charge of one or more nights in accordance with the conditions set out above, the amount charged for each night shall correspond to the “Peak” night rate applicable to the booking.
The “Peak” rate corresponds to the reference rate applied to the highest-priced night of the booked stay, in accordance with the rates and pricing conditions communicated at the time of booking.
2.3 Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed after the event, upon simple request sent by email to: hotel.mipim@bnetwork.com
In the absence of a refund request, the relevant amount may be retained as a credit valid for MIPIM 2028.
A refund request may nevertheless be submitted at a later date.
3. Deposit Payment Terms
The booking will be considered definitively confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment by bnetwork.
The deposit required corresponds to the total amount of the reserved nights. Full payment of the accommodation is therefore required in order to secure the booking.
Payment Deadlines
The applicable payment deadlines are as follows:
• Up to and including 14 January 2027: payment within 10 working days,
• From January 15th to February 15th 2027 inclusive: payment within 5 working days,
• From February 16th to March 02nd 2027 inclusive: payment within two 2 days,
• From March 03rd 2027: payment within 24 hours.
Should payment not be received within the applicable deadline, bnetwork reserves the right to cancel any unpaid booking.
Full Prepayment
It is also possible to make full prepayment of the booking, including breakfast and/or city taxes, directly to bnetwork. This request must be communicated to bnetwork at the time of booking.
Administrative Fees
Administrative fees amounting to 2% of the amount of each financial transaction will be applied.
These administrative fees are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation of the booking.
4. Invoicing Procedure
bnetwork is responsible for collecting payments corresponding to the deposits for the various bookings.
The amounts collected by bnetwork will be transferred to the relevant hotels, less the 2% administrative fees.
Upon receipt of the deposit payment, bnetwork will send the client an accommodation confirmation summarising the rooms booked and the amounts paid.
This confirmation does not constitute an invoice.
No accommodation invoice will be issued by bnetwork. The deposit paid by the company will be deducted from the final invoice issued directly by the hotel upon the client's departure.
Any outstanding balance must be paid directly to the hotel upon departure. This balance may include :
• the balance of the reserved nights,
• breakfasts,
• city taxes,
• any extras or additional services consumed during the stay.
The information required for invoicing must be provided directly to bnetwork, which will forward it to the relevant hotels.
The applicable VAT will be included in the invoices issued by the hotels.
5. Apartment and Villa Bookings – MIPIM 2027
Apartment and villa bookings are managed by partner real estate agencies.
These agencies apply their own terms and conditions, particularly with regard to payment, deposits, modifications and cancellations.
It is therefore the client's responsibility to review all applicable terms and conditions before making any booking.
For any apartment or villa booking, the required deposit corresponds to the total amount of the stay, unless specific conditions are communicated by the relevant agency.
6. MIPIM 2027 Registration Requirements
The bnetwork Accommodation service is exclusively reserved for participants registered for MIPIM 2027.
Consequently, if the beneficiary of a booking is not registered for MIPIM and is unable to provide, at the request of RX France or bnetwork, proof of registration, their booking may be cancelled within the five (5) working days preceding their arrival date. Where applicable, the refund will be processed in accordance with the cancellation conditions set out above or, for apartments and villas, in accordance with the conditions applied by the relevant real estate agency.

7. Correspondence of Personal Information
The information provided when making the hotel booking, in particular the first name and surname of the beneficiary, must correspond exactly to the information provided during MIPIM accreditation.
Any change of beneficiary must comply with the applicable conditions and be approved in advance by bnetwork.

bnetwork would like to remind you the content of the Article 10 of the Terms & Conditions, applied to all RX France events: “Participants formally undertake not to engage in activities that are identical or similar to those conducted in the event venue, the immediate surrounding area or in any other exhibition area that the Organiser may designate, in particular, in places such as hotels or other sites external to said event, during the period of the event. Accordingly, Participants in particular undertake not to directly or indirectly draw any other Participant away from any exhibition area for the purpose of presenting any of its products and/or services that are within the scope of the event. The Organiser reserves the right to have any breach of this provision evidenced by any witness sworn officer, to have the relevant Participant pay the costs associated therewith and to initiate any legal action enabling it to assert its rights.” As a consequence, bnetwork, as an official partner of RX France, applies and enforce this regulation. By beneficiating from the housing services provided as part of our agreement, you are committed to respect this clause and you are a guarantor of its application. Failing that, bnetwork will not be held responsible and may terminate this agreement without being liable to any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss or any loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity
